Heptagenia elegantula
First this female has molted about 4 hours before the photo. There are very clear indications for identification. This matches all my samples and my color Heptagenia illustrations. even though she is small there are plenty of indications. the gills and femora makings are Heptagenia and from the very clear areas where the gills meets indicates one species concept. Heptagenia elegantula, if it got darker full maculation the dark rings would be on the tail joints.
