Potential in Genus Paragus - Paragus

Potential in Genus Paragus - Paragus
Pike Lake Provincial Park , Saskatoon and Area, Saskatchewan, Canada
August 6, 2018
Saw this neat fly pollinating in a patch of thistle right beside the beach boat house right beside Pike Lake.
Between flowers it flew and hovered, looks like it was mimicking the small bees nearby.

My best guess is something in Genus Paragus, but I am not particularly confident with flies.
