Trichocorixa?

Trichocorixa?
Webster Village, Harford County, Maryland, USA
July 27, 2018
Size: 6.5 mm
Attracted to MV lamp / blacklight left on overnight in rural residential neighborhood dominated by hardwoods (liriodendron, maple, oak, sweet gum).

Moved
Moved from True Bugs.

Corixidae sp.
Can not tell if this is a Trichocorixa (can't see the hemelytra and their markings), but if measurement is correct, it's too big to be a Trichocorixa; might be a Sigara.

Measurement
Thanks — I should still have photo with tape measure beside the boatman. Will confirm later tonight

length OK
The measurement of 6.5 mm is correct for body length (head to end of abdomen).

then ...
it's probably a Sigara ...
