Pattern on wings
I don't really know how to identify cicadas. It seems like the spot pattern on the wings is pretty specific. To that end, I've looked around at various species comparing wing spot pattern, and the closest ones seem to be in Pacarina, but I don't see a good match. P. puella seems closest to me.
