Fagocyba douglasi
The wing venation - apical cell triangular, inner anteapical cell small - is characteristic of Typhlocybini. The head is too narrow to be a Typhlocyba, and there are no unmarked Ossiannilssonola in the west, which leaves only the European introduced Fagocyba douglasi.
