Do you think this can bite?
My partner and I are getting mysteriously bitten. Haven't found anything on our glue traps except for three of these the last few nights. Any idea what this is? It is awfully small (~1mm long)

 
If this is...
... an arthropod--and I'm not entirely certain that it is--then it would almost have to be a springtail. Compare:



And if it is a springtail, then it is not the source of your bites.

Yes, looking into springtails it does seem this is very similar. Probably just a very small, slightly squished one.
