It's a Giant Lacewing, Polystoechotes punctata--a pretty neat sighting, as we don't have a whole lot of these in the Guide.

Giant Lacewing
Oh thank you so much. I live in Alaska but am visiting here in Washington State where I spotted it. It was landing in the ashes repeatedly in the fire pit. I had never seen one before.
