Size: length ~8 to 10 mm
Time 15:27, temp ~80 F, sunny and humid. Subject was quite active walking around on Goldenrod (Solidago) blossoms. But for the light-colored rings around the abdomen, it resembles some BG photos of Penthetria heteroptera. What species is it?
