Possible affinis queen - Bombus affinis - female

Possible affinis queen - Bombus affinis - Female
Iowa City, Johnson County, Iowa, USA
August 19, 2018
Size: Between 3/4 to 1in.
Large size bumblebee resting in my anise hyssop. A bit bigger than the large male griseocolis we've had around and definitely stockier. Thorax yellow with black spot. T1-2 yellow, the rest black. Face black, top of the head mostly black but with two small spots of yellow. I'm thinking this is an affinis queen. I have more photos so let me know if there's something you need a better look at to confirm.

Confirmed affinis at bumblebeewatch.org.
