Determined with genitalia?
The markings are more towards the apicalis end of the spectrum. According to Gordon they are inseparable anyway, but that might not be true. I see a very clear trend in the two species especially in living specimens, features that are lost postmortem and over the years.

Regardless specimens even from New Mexico show a typical "expurgata" pattern:


And so, this makes the present specimen set potentially unusual. It's possible that my concept of the "apicalis" pattern and "expurgata" pattern correspond to different altitudes or geography, and not species. Regardless, good to be sure with these.
