Dune wasp - Podalonia melaena - Female

Best image I got of the mandibles...note that in Bohart & Menke's description of genus Podalonia, they state:

"female mandible with one large mesal tooth on inner margin, which is usually subtended basad...by a smaller tooth"
That applies perfectly here.
