Blow Fly? - Lucilia sericata - male

Blow Fly? - Lucilia sericata - Male
Wilhoit, Yavapai County, Arizona, USA
August 23, 2018
Size: ~ 8 mm
I think this is a Calliphoridae, but would love ID to species. (especially if I'm wrong!)

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Lucilia
Probably Lucilia sericata

Green blow Fly
Thanks, John. It didn't really look green until I photographed it. It was definitely not as green and metallic shiny as some I've seen.

They change color
Old flies are more bronze.

Older
Definitely older. I'm pretty sure it died shortly after this picture was taken.
