Robber Fly with Least Skipper prey

Robber Fly with Least Skipper prey
Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio, USA
August 25, 2018
Possibly Machimus sp? And is this robber fly female?

I think the prey may be Ancyloxypha numitor - Least Skipper, primarily due to the location in a grass & forb utility corridor within 100' of Beaver Creek, along the trail connecting Rotary Park to the Beaver Creek Wetland Nature Reserve. There were many similar looking skippers flitting about, but none staying still for me to photograph until I spotted this one.
