The long antennae with flagel
The long antennae with flagellum longer than wide rules out Neocnemodon for me. Antennae look low on face.
The upper outer cross-vein with bend in lower third is steeply inclined in upper half, making cell r4+5 greatly extended toward wing tip. Lop-sided genitalia. All these features make me think Heringia.
Safe in Pipizini.
I have sent it to Dr. Martin Hauser.
