Carcelia? - Carcelia amplexa - female

Carcelia? - Carcelia amplexa - Female
North Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA
August 22, 2018
Size: ~8mm by ruler
I’ve keyed this one out as a tachinid even though I don’t see a prominent subscutellum. Using the MND key (1), I come with Carcelia but I’d appreciate it if someone with more experience would vet the ID. I listed below the couplet numbers and character states I used in the ID.
The fly was on its last legs when I found and first photographed it and when I took additional photos a few days later, it was already so brittle it was shedding body parts.

Thanks in advance for the help

couplet numbers & character states:
1) Prosternum setose
2) Scutum with three or four postsutural supra-alar bristles
9) First postsutural supra-alar bristle at least as long and stout as first postsutural dorsocentral bristle
10) Ocellar bristles proclinate or absent
17) Eye covered with conspicuous dense hairs (vs. so sparse and short as to be easily overlooked, each hair no longer than combined diameter of two facets)
18) Postpronotum with middle basal bristle more or less in line with outer and inner basal bristles; if middle basal bristle forming an apparent angle with outer and inner basal bristles, this angle at least 160°
34) Parafacial bare
37) Hind coxa with one or more setae on posteroapical margin
