What type of wasp? - Eumenes fraternus - female

What type of wasp? - Eumenes fraternus - Female
Chesterfield, St Louis County, Missouri, USA
August 23, 2018
This chamber was closed after two days. Would it have more than one egg in it? Seems inefficient to take 2 days for each egg. Also a large crab spider was sitting over the chamber while it was open. Is the wasp too risky for a crab spider. What would she have put in the chamber?

Moved from ID Request.

Eumenes fraternus
One egg per chamber, with paralyzed caterpillars for larval food.

Thanks
I'm guessing this is a potter wasp and the larva will emerge in a couple weeks.
