Hairstreak, Red-banded? - Calycopis cecrops

Terrible pic, but is this a Red-banded Hairstreak (Calycopis cecrops)? Would make the second bugguide record in MA. Any other similar species to consider? Suburban native plant garden between Boston and the Middlesex Fells. Thanks!

Your identification looks good, Maggie. Kaufman's guide only shows it to about Long Island, but they must wander a bit further...

According to the Massachusett
According to the Massachusetts Butterfly Club, they were first sighted in RI in 2005, and in MA in 2011. They think they are still a summer migrant here, but they are overwintering in RI and CT successfully at this point, and we have the host plants for them, so it's just a matter of time. I have neighbors who grow peaches now. The evidence of shorter winters is all around us. Thanks for the confirmation. Since I've never seen one here before, I wanted to be sure!
