Limnephilidae

Limnephilidae
100 Acre Wood, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
May 21, 2018
BG Info: all species Hesperophylax occur in the west; one species (H. designates) is widespread, extending to northeastern United States and eastern Canada
I would guess Hesperophylax designatus, Silver-striped Sedge, which is documented from Iowa.
Came to an adjacent to the river, woodlands edge, BL trap (summer set up for a friend who's (always!) looking for cerambycids).
