I could not get a decent photo of this mantisfly. I'm hoping you might be able to provide an ID. Thanks!

Venation appears to be less dense than in any Dicromantispa photos, so I believe this is a safe ID even without additional views.

Hard to tell
I'm not seeing too clearly the traits to separate Dicromantispa and Leptomantispa (one of the traits involves inspecting the structure of the pronotum, another wing venation). But, I think the more broadly angled pterostigma points more toward Leptomantispa.
