Dicromantispa sayi? - Dicromantispa sayi - Male

Size: 11mm
Came to mercury vapor in woods. Another one on the same night was 14mm. I notice the descriptions show they are 5-47mm -- would this range be for the same species? Or perhaps it's a range of all species in the family?
