Very small lime green wasp - Caenochrysis

Very small lime green wasp - Caenochrysis
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
August 31, 2018
Size: I wanna say ~3mm
I found this wasp on a leaf at the park. When I took the pictures, I didn't even know it was a wasp. It was small enough that I couldn't make out its features, and just thought it was a gnat. I know gall wasps and chalcid wasps are small, but don't know if this is one of them.

With any luck, the tiny amount of wing venation that is visible will help.

The wing venation ...
... indicates this is a member of the Chrysididae (parasitoids of bees).
