Arizona Moth - Schinia

Arizona Moth - Schinia
Harshaw Canyon - Road FR 49, Harshaw Road, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
September 1, 2018
Most like Schinia arcigera but AM, PM lines too wide for that sp. Overall coloration also not matching. At UV black light on sheet. Submitted for ideas for id.

Moved
Moved from Butterflies and Moths. Looks like it could just be an aberrant individual.

Arcigera Flower Moth
The thickness of the lines is wide, but looks to be within the expected variations of this species. The positions and shapes are consistent.

Testing:
All of these examples (below) fail to match and some of them are not likely to be found in Arizona.
Schinia buta: - Schinia gracilenta: - Schinia grandimedia: - Schinia jaguarina: - Schinia lynx: - Schinia oleagina:
Schinia olivacea: - Schinia rivulosa: - Schinia roseitincta: - Schinia sexplagiata: - Schinia trifascia:
