Obscura?
As I understand the difference, the subgenital plate for S. alutacea should be rounded and U-shaped, as described and illustrated in Capinera et al (2004)'s field guide (p. 143). This grasshopper seems to have sharply pointed and notched subgenital plate which should be S. obscura, I think.
