How are you excluding similar species?

The discal spot appears as a washed out crescent instead of a pronounced white spot. The head and thorax is gray instead of red. Same for your others. I'm thinking something in the zimmermani group, possibly delectella.

Ponderosa pine is the dominate tree in this area, Steve. Moreover, there seems to be much variation in local specimens: I see a 6-10 of these each night this time of year. As usual, waiting patiently for someone to express an in interest in this genus.
