Size: ~0.75 cm
I found this on my front step (concrete) at around 7:00 p.m. tonight, September 8, 2018. The temperature was around 75 degrees with low humidity. I only had my phone so the picture didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. I spent the last couple hours scouring Google and I found one similar picture (https://www.pixoto.com/images-photography/animals/insects-and-spiders/striped-beetle-126603733) but it was just labeled "striped beetle" and didn't have any other information. I thought it might be a Colorado potato beetle but after careful consideration I don't think that's what this is. I'd greatly appreciate any information about this beetle.

It looks very much like a flea beetle, but there aren't a lot of records for what's in your area on this site, so you'll definitely need to wait for more expert help to figure out an exact identity, or even to get close to one.

Here's an example though: https://bugguide.net/node/view/1356592

And welcome to bugguide!
