Female
10 flagellomeres = ♀
The hind tibiae are smooth edged, the wings have a pocket in the discal cell and the abdomen tip is very hairy.
This might be a female in the genus
Anoplius
, but I'm not sure of the species. Hold on for an expert.

I agree that it's a spider wasp, and I don't see any tarsal combs on the front legs, but I'd wait for an expert for further ID.
