Size: c. 2 inch bod 4 inch ovip
I was at first pretty sure this was a crane fly but I modified my view to ichhneumon wasp when I spotted the ovipositor. I tried to shoo it back outdoors but it evaded all attempts making a loudish buzzing noise.
