is this wing from the same individual as the other live pics?

 
Yes, it is
It looks different than the photos of the live insect because those were shot using a hand-held camera, while this image is the result of focus-stacking five photos. Also, before shooting it, I had to "flatten" the wing by placing a microscope slide on top of it.
The last ventral image in this series looks different than the rest as well because it is focus-stacked.
