Bluet - Hetaerina

Bluet - Hetaerina
Moab, Grand County, Utah, USA
June 6, 2008
Size: 2 inches long
We have Enallagma boreale all over the place in the summer here, but this one was dark grey with red accents and red at the base of its wings. Is it Enallagma? If yes, what species? If not, what is he/she?

Thanks!
Thank you all for this!

Possibly Hetaerina vulnerata, the Canyon Rubyspot
Perhaps the expected flash of red at the wing base is somehow diminished or obscured, but The size, the pincer-like shape of the appendage and the absence of stigma on the forewings suggest to me that this could be a Canyon Rubyspot; Hetaerina vulnerata.

rubyspot records
The only records at Odonata Central for Canyon rubyspot in Utah are in the far SW corner, all but 2 in Washington County. Colorado has no records.
