Orange Ichneumon Wasp With Disproportionately Large Eyes - Enicospilus texanus

Orange Ichneumon Wasp With Disproportionately Large Eyes - Enicospilus texanus
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
September 6, 2018
I was searching through all of Ichneumonidae when I came across Enicospilus purgatus, which I think may be what this is. There's yet to be a record of it from Oregon, but it exists in the neighboring states. The amount of space on the head that the eyes take up is a little freaky.
