Size: ~1.5mm
Not even sure of subfamily. Came to blacklight near water. I thought it might be Oxytelinae, but the elongated 5-segmented tarsi have me thrown.

Aleocharinae sp.
Probably Phanerota, but I'm not that familiar enough with other genera in this area. If it is a male Phanerota it should be identifiable with the revision of Seevers.
