Not flukei or abiskoensis - tergite 5.
Not curtis or luniger which have a clear Knob at apex of markings. The R4+5 vein doesn`t bend abruptly enough for Lapposyrphus and the anterior corners of markings are not curving forward to be level with the anterior margin at apex. Markings of more uniform width throughout.
Note in image 1592630 the R2+3 vein is more sinuous than Lapposyrphus.
I am extremely confident this is perplexus...

Eupeodes perplexus ... female
Had a second look at this one. Lapposyrphus has the portion of cell r2+3 narrowed by the converging of veins R2+3 and R4+5 longer in Lapposyrphus and Lapposyrphus has the anterior corners of markings on tergite 3 and 4 are curving forward to be level with the inner apex of markings toward middle of tergite but not here. The markings are of more uniform width throughout here.

I think this is Lapposyrphus
I think this is Lapposyrphus lapponicus ... female, the R4+5 vein is dipped more than in Eupeodes perplexus. The anterior margin of markings on tergite 2 are straight but more oblique in E.perplexus.
I have sent it to Dr. Martin Hauser.

Thank you! I see that now, although R4+5 is quite difficult to interpret here.

The frons doesn`t look right
The frons doesn`t look right for Lapposyrphus and the markings on tergites 3 and 4 are less arcuate than Lapposyrphus. I agree with Eupeodes perplexus.
