Looks similiar to Euclidia ardita,
but you will want to hear from an expert.

 
looks very much alike,
but the range of Euclidia ardita according to this site is west of the Cascade-Sierra Nevada divide, and Susanville is eastern.
so is it this one, or maybe it could be Euclidia cuspidea, that has wider distribution?
