Size: ~2mm
Collected a buckmoth caterpillar with parisitoid wasp cocoons on 11/08/07. This species emerged on 11/22/07. Two species of wasp emerged from cocoons, and this smaller one oviposited into unhatched cocoons. Smaller species of wasp is less than half the size of the cocoon.

Eulophid Wasp (Chalcidoidea)
Somewhat bluish (rather than pure green) hue and partly white legs are widespread in this group. Forewing venation rules out Pteromalidae.
