Wasp - Pterocheilus - female

Wasp - Pterocheilus - Female
Prescott Valley, Yavapai County, Arizona, USA
September 24, 2018
Some of these wasps have black eyes, some have brown eyes. Some of these wasps have red abdomen & some have black abdomen. Their body's are yellow with some red patterns. These patterns are different. Some have black upper arms, some have reddish upper arms. Are they the same species? Perhaps cousins? They were on a butterfly bush.

The original placement was based on one image. The other pics were subsequently added. I've moved them all to Vespidae until the necessary unlinking and relinking has been done.

EDIT: No response to question yet. Placing on the assumption that all four are different individuals.

Thanks a lot Ken

Hi Ken, Would you tell me the name of this moth? I, a salways, appreciate your help.

We'll need to wait for Dr. Buck...
...or one of the other experts. Then the ID will be taken further.

In the meantime, there's a problem we need to fix. The images linked here depict at least two different individuals of at least two different species (in two different subfamilies). Linking is reserved for different views of the same specimen. It looks to me as though images one and three may show one specimen, and that images two and four may show another. Can you confirm? Or were all of these different individuals? If you'll let me know, I'll unlink and move the images as needed so the experts can identify them.

Thanks.
