Moth? - Anotia mcateei

Moth? - Anotia mcateei
East Fork State Park Visitor Center Picnic Area/Overlook, Clermont County, Ohio, USA
September 23, 2018
The picnic area sits back in the woods a little. Lots of Shag Bark Hickory and at least two or maybe three species of Oak - Red, Pin, and Chestnut. This little insect baffles me. I don’t even know where to start. It resembles a moth but the wings don’t seem quite right for a moth.
