Any Interesting Moth Species In The California Reigon?

Hello,I have been observing insects around in this state and was wondering if there was any particular species of interest around here? Not intending to collect, I just enjoy looking at bugs. :) They quite intrigue me!

California is a big state.
There are thousands of species of interest there. Lots of unique fauna. You can do an advanced search here - click on search without putting anything in the box. Then click on advanced search. Here's an example: we searched for all the Noctuidae that have been posted from San Diego Co, California. Pick a family, pick a county, see what comes up!
