Harvester Caterpillar (Feniseca tarquinius) (?) with Beech Blight Aphids (Grylloprociphilus imbricator)

Ever since I learned that Harvester caterpillars often prey on woolly aphids I have been on the lookout for the two together and today I found them!

Photo 3 shows a group of Beech Blight Aphids off to the side with a possible second Harvester caterpillar circled.

On American Beech tree (Fagus grandifolia)
