What spider is likely to have made this?

What spider is likely to have made this?
Loudonville, Ashland County, Ohio, USA

I've never seen anything like it. In our local cemetery. I couldn't find the spider. I would so appreciate any ideas as to what spider could do this. Thanks so much.

I’m not good at IDing spiders from the web alone. Sheetweb Weaver? It’s eerily beautiful though. Someone may recognize it yet.

Thanks for you thoughts . .
