Definitely not. Ovipositor length is much too short, and the "hooks" on the white marks on the mesoscutum simply won't occur in Perithous scurra. I'm not immediately recognizing this, and wing venation isn't visible. While Pimplinae does seem likely, there are numerous other subfamilies that can have similar coloration and are easily mistaken.
