Found at night on a lit cloth at 6 a.m. just before dawn, in an open area adjacent to mixed conifer and deciduous.

Thanks for the ID Frans. I assume you mean this is a juvenile of the subspecies olympia. This Class of Hexapoda is new to me and fascinating. I have uploaded three more possible Collembola and if they are Collembola and are all different species, that would make 7 species within 50 yards of my house. I've upgraded my camera system which I hope will result in some higher quality images.
