I've had no luck finding this spider on your site or others, nor in the National Wildlife Federation's book "Field Guide to Insects and Spiders of North America.

It looks like you've nailed it. Thank you for the quick response. I see with further reading, their are at least 6 pattern / color variations of Pisaurina mira which makes them tricky to ID.
