i think both are males

...so thanks for the correction. Your comment prompts two questions:
  • Other than mating "style", what (if any) character(s) make you think they're both males here?
  • How or from where did you cull the info on order-wide Heteropteran mating style?!

 
answers... of sorts
(1) just a guess -- two rather slim similarly colored individuals; look here for a rather conventional couple where you can easily tell who's the happy bride;
(2) no, it's not order-wide; i can remember at least Phymata mounting the female
