Chelinidea hunteri - female

Chelinidea hunteri - Female
Ventana Canyon, Tucson, Pima County, Arizona, USA
September 25, 2018
Size: 11.7 mm, tylus to wingtip
Detail of pronotal collar, which is cylindrical and set off from the rest of the pronotum by a deep incision. Also, no teeth on anterior pronotal angles. I find the paired pits in front of the ommatidia and near the medial line behind the collar intriguing.
