Jonathan. What distinguishes Leucospis subspecies from another?

 
Subspecies
Our two subspecies are distinguished largely on color. L. affinis affinis has the markings yellow (and is the widespread subspecies) while L. affinis floridana has the markings red (and is rather restricted to Florida). BugGuide just occasionally lags behind on nominate subspecies within some taxa, so this is just updating so the Guide uses the full notation.
