Identifications made based on images in the Guide.
This is image 1 of 4 acquired after a pair of Graphocephala fennahi leaf hoppers were discovered on a leaf in a grape vine. The assassin sinea nymph was first noticed when checking the initial images of the leaf hoppers on the camera display. Image 3 displays a close view of the assassin sinea nymph poised and waiting for the leafhoppers. Image 4 is a wider view displaying the context of image 3 with leaf hoppers headed toward the assassin nymph. It provides a size comparison between the assassin nymph and the leaf hoppers. Additional photos were taken to acquire the face to face view in image 1 and side view in image 2.
