Very, VERY tiny wasp.

Very, VERY tiny wasp.
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
September 18, 2018
Size: 5-9mm
Very tiny wasp. So tiny that I lost track of it a few times even when it was right in front of my face. I caught it in a heavily wooded/wild part of the park that has next to no foot traffic. Found 6PM.

It was so small and active that I had to take the picture with it sitting on top of an ice pack, as the freezer itself would've probably killed it. As soon as it showed signs of slowing, I took the pics.
