Could be Hesperia ottoe or Anatrytone logan
I am not sure which species this mating pair is - my best guess would be Ottoe Skipper (Hesperia ottoe), although they might also be Delaware Skipper (Anatrytone logan). I think A. logan is typically more orange and H. ottoe is more brown-orange, and the butterflies in this photo are more brown-orange. But I've never seen H. ottoe, so am not a good judge.
Per the Butterflies of Wisconsin website (https://wisconsinbutterflies.org/), both species should be flying at the end of June. Note that website shows a mating pair of H. ottoe.
