found this moth near some lights on my college campus. believe to belong to noctuiidae family.

Not too sure
There are other Feltia that look much better to me and the description on the info page of F. herilis contradicts what I am seeing in this image. This may be a new species for the guide, but which? F. subgothica and F. tricosa look similar but I don't know the ranges and they do not seem quite right either.
