Male - Thread-waisted Wasp
Can you count the flagellomeres? There should be eleven of them. = ♂
No tarsal-rake spines on forelegs = ♂
Fully developed wings = Adult
He is all-black, with red on the abdominal T1 and T2. His wings are clear. This is probably a male Prionyx canadensis. (widespread)
